Submission Guidelines

Authors of accepted papers are invited to submit revised and/or extended versions of their papers for inclusion in the post-proceedings volume. Please read the following instructions carefully.

Formatting. All submissions must follow the LNCS formatting style. Please consult the Instructions for Authors and use the LaTeX or Word templates available from the Springer authors’ page.

Page limits. Revised submissions must conform to the following page limits (excluding references and appendices):

Paper type Page limit
Regular paper 18 pages
Short, student, and demo papers 12 pages

All submissions must be at least 6 pages. We encourage authors to aim for concise, focused revisions; the upper limits are not targets.

Submission. Revised papers are submitted via OpenReview. You can access your submission either via the Tasks tab in OpenReview, where you will find a “Camera-Ready Revision” task, or directly through the authors console. Please note that beyond uploading your revised paper, you will also be asked to fill in a field for the corresponding author(s).

Licence to publish. The corresponding author must sign the Springer licence-to-publish agreement on behalf of all co-authors. The corresponding author must be the same as the one marked on the paper and must have the authority to sign on behalf of all authors.

Code of conduct. All authors are asked to adhere to Springer Nature’s Code of Conduct for Book Authors.
